Shameful. Pick-up time 7.30 / 10. 30 but if the experts arrive at 7.30 how do they start the withdrawals? In fact, they don't start until 7.45am. Maybe something needs to be reviewed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono stata informata che per i viaggiatori non fanno il tampone molecolare, se non hanno l’indirizzo residenziale nella regione di Emilia Romagna. Fate attenzione se provenire dalle altre regioni. Ho dovuto revocarmi nel altro laboratorio.
I have not been informed that they do not do the molecular swab for travelers, if they do not have a residential address in the Emilia Romagna region. Be careful if you come from other regions. I had to withdraw to the other laboratory.

Ho mandato una mail con due semplici domande per la tempistiche.... 7 mail e non riescono a capire le mie richieste mi rispondono Roma per Toma! Assurdo!
Switchboard always busy with very long waits and I have never been able to speak to anyone
I sent an email with two simple questions for the timing .... 7 emails and they can't understand my requests they answer me Rome for Toma! Absurd!

50 EUR of molecular swab for my son, they did not respect the booking made through the synlab website and the delivery times stated on the report collection sheet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio pessimo.60 euro di molecolare per un viaggio (50+10 di traduzione) apposta x evitare lunghe attese ed esito dopo 2 giorni. Oltretutto il numero del centralino è sempre occupato e rintracciarli è impossibile.Una vergogna
bad service. 60 euros of molecular for a trip (50 + 10 of translation) on purpose to avoid long waits and outcome after 2 days. Moreover, the switchboard number is always busy and it is impossible to find them. A shame
