S	Salvatore Cerreta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provenendo da una grossa catena di palestre, dotata di macchine e di ogni genere di attrezzo, devo ammettere che mi sentivo un po' disorientato in una sala pesi più piccola e meno fornita. Dopo due mesi di allenamento in Synergym (solo in sala pesi), però, mi sono accorto della netta differenza: - i trainers, che lavorano visibilmente con molta passione, sono disposti a dare consigli e allo scambio di opinioni, permettendoti sempre di imparare. Inoltre sono davvero disposti a seguirti per tutto l'allenamento e ad elaborare schede in poco tempo, ma che siano perfettamente adattate ai bisogni del cliente (cosa che non sempre accade nelle grandi catene, dove vige quantità, piuttosto che qualità). - nella palestra c'è un "cameratismo" che ti fa scivolare via le ore di allenamento: non essendo grandissima ci si tende a conoscere tutti, dopo un po'. Positivo, dato che un morale alto rende l'allenamento qualitativamente migliore. - anche se piccola, ha comunque le sue macchine fondamentali, adatte soprattutto per chi, come me, proviene da infortuni passati: una chest press, shoulder press, pressa orizzontale, un multipower, un row, l'extention e la curl, per non parlare dei vari cavi e rak. Non male! Unica pecca è quella di non essere aperti 24h, tutta la settimana, ma, per il momento, glie la perdoniamo... Riassumendo: nella botte piccola c'è il vino buono. After two months of training in Synergym (only in the weight room), however, I noticed the clear difference: - the trainers, who visibly work with a lot of passion, are willing to give advice and exchange opinions, always allowing you to learn. They are also really willing to follow you throughout the training and to develop cards in a short time, but that are perfectly adapted to the needs of the customer (which is not always the case in large chains, where quantity rather than quality is in force). - in the gym there is a "camaraderie" that makes your training hours slip away: not being very big you tend to get to know everyone, after a while. Positive, since a high morale makes the training qualitatively better. - even if small, it still has its fundamental machines, suitable above all for those who, like me, come from past injuries: a chest press, shoulder press, horizontal press, a multipower, a row, extension and curl, not to talk about the various cables and rak. Not bad! The only flaw is that they are not open 24 hours, all week, but, for the moment, we forgive them ... In summary: in the small barrel there is good wine.

Ma vorrei esprimere il mio parere più che positivo delle lezioni di funzionale che vengono svolte all' aperto Istruttore di alta competenza e professionalità , mi sono sentita subito a mio agio nonostante la mia età, e' un corso frequentato da fasce di età diverse, credo sia un allenamento adatto a tutti, all'aria aperta si lavora alla grande! Inoltre il divertimento e l'atmosfera che si respira a me personalmente da imput e voglia di essere costante.
