Il luogo è tranquillo. La casa inoltre è nuovissima, ben arredata, accogliente. Spero di tornare presto a trovare Carmelo e Patrizia! The house is located a few minutes from the sea on foot, is equipped with all the comforts, to which is added the great kindness and helpfulness of the owners, who have taken steps to satisfy all our requests. The place is quiet. The house is also brand new, well furnished, welcoming. I hope to return soon to find Carmelo and Patrizia!

Il wifi funziona perfettamente e in ogni stanza ci sono i condizionatori. I proprietari sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Per me e mio marito è stata un' esperienza fantastica, da ripetere assolutamente il prima possibile. Grazie ancora a Patrizia e Carmelo. My husband and I spent our vacation in the best way, the house is perfect in every detail, all renovated and cleanliness is impeccable in every corner of the house. The wifi works perfectly and in every room there are air conditioners. The owners are very kind and always available. For me and my husband it was a fantastic experience, to be repeated absolutely as soon as possible. Thanks again to Patrizia and Carmelo.

Siamo inoltre stati accolti benissimo, i padroni di casa non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla, rendendosi disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Complimenti ai padroni di casa, Patrizia e Carmelo! I stayed in this house for 3 days, along with 5 other people, and I must say that it was a very positive experience. The house has all the services and comforts, the house in general is new, in perfect condition. We were also very well received, the hosts did not let us miss anything, making themselves available to satisfy our every request. Congratulations to the hosts, Patrick and Carmel!

La casa è strutturata benissimo, è dotata di qualsiasi cosa possa necessitare a dei turisti ed é estremamente pulita. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Lo consiglio fortemente a chiunque voglia visitare la zona del siracusano, soprattutto se siete un gruppo di ragazzi giovani che vogliono anche godersi una bella serata tra amici sulla splendida terrazza di cui è dotata la casa. Complimenti Patrizia e Carmelo. We stayed in this house for 4 days and had a great time. The house is very well structured, has everything that tourists might need and is extremely clean. The owners are very kind and available for any request. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Syracuse area, especially if you are a group of young kids who also want to enjoy a nice evening with friends on the splendid terrace that the house is equipped with.
