★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi hanno risolto un problema in garanzia. Assistenza davvero deludente. Notare che il prodotto mi è stato sostituito in garanzia da un altro swatch store a Vicenza (presso centro le piramidi) mentre loro sostenevano non fosse nemmeno in garanzia.
I have not solved a warranty problem. Really disappointing assistance. Note that the product was replaced under warranty by another swatch store in Vicenza (near the pyramids center) while they claimed it was not even under warranty.
