★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo fatto una recensione con 4 stelle. Sono cliente di questo negozio da 10 anni. Ho ristrutturato almeno 4 bagni nel frattempo. Mai come in questa ultima volta mi sono trovata così male. 1 al momento dell'acquisto chiedo se hanno personale per il montaggio. Risposta non, e non conosciamo nessuno. Senti il tuo idraulico. 2 Il mobile del bagno sospeso è crollato dopo 1 mese. Colpa del muro o di chi lo ha montato. Va bene ok ma forse chi vende deve ricordare le caratteristiche del lavandino di ceramica pesante e aiutare il cliente a stabilire se va bene prima dell'acquisto. 3 a questo punto compare un nome di loro conoscenza che mi consigliano per il rimontaggio ovviamente a mie spese 250 €. A questo punto per non caricare troppo il mobile decido di acquistare una seconda colonnina. Identica alla prima e cosa succede? Arriva con i fori per la maniglia in verticale anziché orizzontale. Chiamo e mi viene detto che non fanno più l'anta con la maniglia in orizzontale. Posso sostituiti questa prima anta e fartene arrivare una con maniglia verticale così le hai uguali. Ok. Artiva anta senza buchi per mettere la maniglia. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto che non li fanno e devo farli io, così li metto dove voglio. Cosa? Non li fanno? Nrlla prima anta si e in questa no??? E poi li devo fare io??? Ma siamo in un fai da te o in un negozio?? E se rovino l'anta ? E se sbaglio a fare un buco? Ma state scherzando??? Non è finita. Un ultimo mobile preso per coprire la lavatrice è arrivato senza istruzioni di montaggio e senza neppure una vite. Alle lamentele mi hanno fornito il materiale ma capite che non c'è stato un ordine andato bene.
I had done a 4 star review. I have been a customer of this shop for 10 years. I have renovated at least 4 bathrooms in the meantime. Never as in this last time I found myself so bad. 1 at the time of purchase I ask if they have staff for assembly. Answer no, and do not know anyone. Feel your plumber. 2 The suspended bathroom cabinet collapsed after 1 month. Blame the wall or whoever mounted it. Okay okay but maybe those who sell must remember the characteristics of the heavy ceramic sink and help the customer to determine if it is okay before buying. 3 at this point a name of their acquaintance appears which advises me for the replacement obviously at my expense 250 €. At this point not to overload the mobile decide to buy a second column. Identical to the first and what happens? It comes with the holes for the handle vertically rather than horizontally. I called and was told they do not the door with the handle horizontally. I can replace this first door and get one with a vertical handle so you have the same. Ok. Artiva door without holes to put the handle. I ask for explanations and I'm told that they don't do it and I have to do it, so I put them where I want. Thing? Don't they do it? Nrlla first leaf yes and in this one not ??? And then I have to do them ??? Are we in a DIY or shop? What if I ruin the door? What if I'm wrong to make a hole? Are you kidding ??? It's not over. A last piece of furniture taken to cover the washing machine arrived without assembly instructions and without even a screw. At the complaints they provided me with the material but you understand that there was no order that went well.

Posto da me già conosciuto; sono entrato per visionare dei sanitari, ed alla fine ho acquistato sanitari, rubinetteria, rivestimenti, pavimenti e parquet, si hanno anche degli ottimi parquet.
Ottimi prodotti e soluzioni per tutte le tasche, NON il solito “magazzino” dove ti perdi nel girare senza avere assistenza.
Un luogo accogliente, personale molto molto preparato e disponibile a fornire ogni soluzione in base alle esigenze, proponendo soluzioni e consigli.
Bravissimi quindi..., un grazie particolare a “S.C.” che mi ha seguito in modo eccezionale a volte sforando l'orario di lavoro, grazie alla logistica per la consegna dei materiali, grazie a tutto lo staff.
Continuate così…!!!
