★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Non é vero che il cliente ha sempre ragione, ma é altrettanto vero che la buona educazione e l' accoglienza non sono nel DNA di questi addetti alle vendite. Prima che qualcuno si degnasse di alzare lo sguardo dal computer ( salone vendite vuoto ) ho bivaccato 20 minuti guardando le auto esposte. Stizzito, giro i tacchi e vado altrove dove l'esperienza è completamente diversa.... peccato per voi .
 Bad experience. It is not true that the customer is always right, but it is equally true that good manners and hospitality are not in the DNA of these sales people. Before anyone deigned to look up from the computer (empty sales hall) I bivouacked 20 minutes looking at the cars on display. Angered, I turn on my heels and go elsewhere where the experience is completely different .... shame about you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A novembre mi sono presentato per valutare l'acquisto della Tiguan nuova e dicendo che che l'acquisto l'avrei voluto fare ad inizio anno, sono stato tratto con sufficienza e dicendo che per il preventivo e se la volevo provare sarei dovuto tornare nel momento in cui sarei stato pronto per l'acquisto.
La mia Tiguan è meravigliosa, grazie ad un altra concessionaria che mi ha fatto il preventivo e me l'ha fatta provare....

In November I presented myself to evaluate the purchase of the new Tiguan and saying that I would have liked to buy it at the beginning of the year, I was treated with enough and saying that for the quote and if I wanted to try it I would have to come back in the moment where I would be ready to buy.
My Tiguan is wonderful, thanks to another dealership who gave me the quote and let me try it ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per avere un preventivo su un intervento di manutenzione della mia auto ma mi hanno detto di doverli contattare via e-mail allegando le foto del libretto della macchina e data la mia urgenza nel risolvere il problema alla mia auto ho provveduto nell' immediato a inviargli un e-mail con le foto del libretto e successivamente mi avrebbero inviato il preventivo...avrebbero.....sono passati 2 giorni ma non ho ricevuto nulla...grazie mille, ho già provveduto altrove!
I called to get a quote on a maintenance intervention on my car but they told me I had to contact them by e-mail attaching photos of the car booklet and given my urgency in solving the problem for my car, I immediately proceeded to send them an e-mail with the photos of the booklet and then they would send me the quote ... they would have ..... 2 days have passed but I have not received anything ... thank you very much, I have already done so elsewhere!
