Ho effettuato decolorazione dei capelli e mi ha bruciato i capelli che ho dovuto successivamente tagliare poichè ormai in testa avevo la paglia! La cosa che più mi ha fatto rimanere male non è stato l'errore (è umano sbagliare) ma il fatto che si sia fatta pagare ugualmente sia in quell'occasione che successivamente per rimediare al problema..Rispondo qui in quanto unico modo: se avevi visto che i capelli erano a tuo dire già rovinati proprio per la professionalità avresti dovuto dirmi che non potevi farla. Il danno ovviamente non era alla sola ciocca e sono uscita dal tuo sapore con ciocche bianche ed altre rosse. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento era ovviamente riferito al giorno in cui è avvenuto e non ho avuto nessuno sconto. I did not find myself well at all.
