K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È in una Location molto piacevole con due ampi locali caratterizzati da soffitti a volta con mattoni a vista che ho mangiato il miglior sushi di Roma: Sushita - Japanese Fusion. È un ristorante gestito da giovani volenterosi, molto preparati, gentili e attenti alle esigenze dei clienti. Il Sushi è freschissimo di qualità eccellente. Le porzioni sono molto generose. Il servizio è accurato e veloce. Ho mangiato del carpaccio misto, il sashimi di salmone, nigiri mix, gli uramaki di vari gusti, la tempura di gamberi e verdure, la cheesecake scomposta... tutto delizioso. Il locale pulitissimo. Consiglio di provare a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina giapponese. It is in a very pleasant location with two large rooms characterized by vaulted ceilings with exposed brick that I ate the best sushi in Rome: Sushita - Japanese Fusion. It is a restaurant run by young people who are willing, very prepared, kind and attentive to customer needs. The Sushi is super fresh of excellent quality. The portions are very generous. The service is accurate and fast. I ate mixed carpaccio, salmon sashimi, nigiri mix, uramaki of various flavors, shrimp and vegetable tempura, decomposed cheesecake ... all delicious. The spotless place. I recommend trying it to all lovers of good Japanese cuisine.

Non è un All you can eat, è abbastanza costoso, ma adeguato alla qualità dei prodotti. Personale gentilissimo. Anni fa temakinho era il mio preferito, surclassato poi da Otosan, mio ultimo amore, ma Sushita è diventato il mio nuovo amore. Found by chance with Google, it has become for me the best Japanese in Rome. Fresh and delicious fish, with original combinations with Italian products. It is not an All you can eat, it is quite expensive, but adequate for the quality of the products. Staff very kind. Years ago temakinho was my favorite, then outclassed by Otosan, my last love, but Sushita has become my new love.

Great food is not the usual sushi restaurante, well served dish. Friendly and efficient staff. The two of us spent 120 € including water and wine.

Il Personale è stato cortese e professionale e sono riusciti a trovarci un tavolo anche con poco preavviso. Francamente però, per i miei gusti, non ho sentito quello stacco netto che si dovrebbe sentire nei ristoranti di sushi più buoni. Non metto in dubbio la freschezza delle materie prime ma l'offerta mi è sembrata abbastanza nella norma e non abbastanza da valere la spesa. Lo standard a Roma si è alzato molto negli anni e da un locale con questi prezzi mi aspettavo molto di più. Non è stata certo una cattiva esperienza ma semplicemente non abbastanza buona da tornarci per quanto mi riguarda. Allo stesso prezzo preferisco altri locali. We went to this restaurant not for a real dinner but to complete an aperitif, in short, we had the taste of good sushi. The Staff were courteous and professional and managed to find us a table even at short notice. Frankly though, for my taste, I haven't felt that stark detachment you should feel in better sushi restaurants. I do not question the freshness of the raw materials but the offer seemed to me to be quite normal and not enough to be worth the expense. The standard in Rome has risen a lot over the years and from a place with these prices I expected a lot more. It was certainly not a bad experience but just not good enough to go back as far as I'm concerned. For the same price I prefer other places.

We ordered sushi for New Year's Eve Sushi Party with family it was a huge hit and everyone was asking where we got the sushi from! Definitely going back anytime soon again! The staff being so nice and friendly is definitely so pleasant to be at the restaurant! Highly recommended to sushi lovers and Japanese cuisine.
