Il pesce freschissimo di ottima qualità, la maestria nella preparazioni dei vari pezzi e la vista mozzafiato del golfo di mondello sono il connubio ideale per un’esperienza afrodisiaca. After trying it I can say that I have eaten the best sushi ever. Hanno un menu alla carta, dei box standard da 20 a 60 euro e poi dei box più particolari Sushi melts in your mouth, wasabi is really good wasabi and it shows the study behind the product! Ho visitato posti orientali nel tempo e mangiato sushi direttamente nei posti di origine. Oggi ho mangiato il miglior sushi mai mangiato, accompagnato dai sapori di casa nostra. Avete creato una dipendenza e siete praticamente unici in questo. Sushià, sei il Giappone e la Cina, nel profumo del mare siciliano. Che dire...qualità e originalità indiscutibile. Invece del sushi abbiamo scelto ristorante facendoci portare delle "fettuccine con astice". A dir poco eccezionali. Mai mangiato così abbondante, cotte al punto giusto e che dopo mezz'ora erano ancora al dente. Per non parlare della cortesia di tutto il personale, tempi di attesa adeguati considerando che era il 15 agosto. Avevamo prenotato e abbiamo aspettato una mezz'oretta scarsa, ma poi in 15 minuti già mangiavamo. 20 euro a porzione ma potevamo mangiarci benissimo anche in 3. Insomma .... molto soddisfatta e se ritorno a Mondello, senz'altro ri- prenotero' da loro. Posso aggiungere senza esitazioni altre 100 stelle. Complimenti a tutti, dai proprietari ai camerieri We ate at Poldo 2 which is practically the same management. Instead of sushi, we chose a restaurant by making us bring "fettuccine with lobster". Exceptional to say the least. Never eaten so abundant, cooked to the right point and that after half an hour they were still al dente. Not to mention the courtesy of all the staff, adequate waiting times considering it was August 15th. We had booked and waited about half an hour, but then in 15 minutes we were already eating. 20 euros per portion but we could have eaten very well even in 3. In short .... very satisfied and if I return to Mondello, I will certainly book with them. I can add another 100 stars without hesitation. Congratulations to everyone, from the owners to the waiters
