 Small and welcoming. The owner of Apulian origins is friendly, very helpful and professional. Great food with well distributed ingredients creating the right balance between taste and size. Very fresh and super recommended.

Provato ieri sera d'asporto di cui per fare 30km tra andata e ritorno ci ha chiesto una cifra davvero irrisoria..
Prezzi nella norma ma qualità ottima!!
Personalmente non ho mai assaggiato un sushi così buono!
Pesce fresco e un gusto mai provato prima...!!
Lo mangi e senti tutti i gusti ben definiti e se in quel roll c'è l'avocado lo senti davvero!! (Cosa mai successa!!)
Complimentoni e un grosso in bocca al lupo!!

Fresh fish and a taste never tried before ... !!
You eat it and you feel all the well-defined tastes and if there is avocado in that roll you really feel it !! (What ever happened !!)

il sushi è buonissimo, fresco, e molto ben preparato, incluse le salse.
il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, incluso il confezionamento per il trasporto in moto.

Very good, very accurate details, clean store and very nice staff. Slightly lower prices than the other sushi in Pinerolo, despite the much higher quality. Super recommended.

Fresh sushi prepared on the spot (the window was not set up as it was midweek), good and tasty, with even small Italian details that make the product light on the palate. Friendly owner, very helpful and welcoming, proud of his place and the service it offers. Well done!

Il titolare ti accoglie amichevolmente e ti propone anche consigliando l'ampia varietà dei prodotti esposti nella vetrina. Ampio menù, vario e con prezzi molto abbordabili e fai da te nell'ordine. Sushi di ottima qualità e manifattura, si denota che il titolare- sushi man ci mette anima e cuore per deliziare i propri clienti. Locale piccolo ma adatto a mangiare sul posto ed eventualmente in take - away .

Great experience! Excellent impression right from the start, innovative place as well as the idea of the "sushi pastry". The owner welcomes you amicably and also offers you advice on the wide variety of products displayed in the showcase. Wide menu, varied and with very affordable prices and do it yourself in order. Sushi of excellent quality and manufacture, it is denoted that the owner-sushi man puts his heart and soul into delighting his customers. Small place but suitable for eating on the spot and possibly take - away.
