Il locale e la cucina sono gestiti da italiani che non hanno assolutamente niente da invidiare all cucina giapponese, anzi... Il personale è gentile e premuroso, io personalmente ho mangiato fuori e oltre alle piccole accortezze hanno messo un piccolo altoparlante con la stessa musica di sottofondo che veniva suonata dentro al locale. Il cibo è buonissimo e di ottima qualità, così come le salse. Ottimi anche i prosecchi. Prezzi buoni. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Small but cozy, clean and refined. In summer it is possible to eat outdoors. The restaurant and the kitchen are run by Italians who have absolutely nothing to envy to Japanese cuisine, indeed ... The staff is kind and attentive, I personally ate out and in addition to the small precautions they put a small speaker with the same background music that was played inside the restaurant. The food is delicious and of excellent quality, as are the sauces. Prosecco is also excellent. Good prices. The portions are generous. I highly recommend it.

Abbiamo chiesto di rivedere la disposizione dei tavoli per stare più comodi mettendo sicuramente in difficoltà lo staff (era tutto prenotato e già predisposto) sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno sistemato tutto. Il servizio è stato rapido, abbiamo chiesto vari consigli alla cameriera (era la prima volta e volevamo assaggiare i loro cavalli di battaglia) ed è stata molto gentile. Il locale si è riempito subito in un istante ed il telefono era tempestato di chiamate per ordini da asporto, si presentavano molte persone anche direttamente in cassa per poter ordinare da asporto, davvero molte richieste ma nonostante questo il servizio è stato rapido ed è stato tutto buonissimo. Il locale è davvero molto piccolo, anche se pulito e curato, nel complesso da la sensazione di un luogo molto esclusivo poiché ogni piatto è effettivamente una piccola opera d'arte, bilanciata, bella da vedere e buona da mangiare. Non ha nulla a che vedere con gli "all you can eat", è quasi una vergogna metterli a paragone. Il prezzo è proporzionato alla bontà, freschezza e cura. Dolci molto buoni ma non ho assaggiato quelli piú "orientali", ci siamo tenuti sul classico, li proveremo sicuramente la prossima volta. Uscendo ho pensato "una cucina così meriterebbe un locale molto più grande e centrale" ma in realtà è una perla rara per Nettuno, è perfetto cosi! My partner and I went to Sushi Art to celebrate my birthday on Saturday evening, we had booked before fortunately. The service was quick, we asked the waitress for various advice (it was the first time and we wanted to taste their workhorses) and she was very kind. The place filled up immediately in an instant and the phone was studded with calls for takeaway orders, many people also showed up directly at the cashier to be able to order takeaways, really many requests but despite this the service was quick and it was all very good. The restaurant is very small, even if clean and cared for, on the whole it gives the feeling of a very exclusive place since each dish is actually a small work of art, balanced, beautiful to look at and good to eat. It has nothing to do with "all you can eat", it is almost a shame to compare them. The price is proportionate to the goodness, freshness and care. Very good desserts but I have not tasted the more "oriental" ones, we kept ourselves on the classic, we will definitely try them next time. On leaving I thought "such a kitchen would deserve a much larger and more central place" but in reality it is a rare pearl for Neptune, it is perfect like this!

Ma la qualità è talmente elevata che preferisco organizzarmi un po' meglio pur di non rinunciare. Bravi ragazzi, con voi è un successo assicurato, per il palato e per gli appassionati di sushi! Unica pecca nel mio caso con la soba ai gamberi nel quale la base di preparazione era in parte bruciata rilasciando un retrogusto amaro del piatto e soba un po’ troppo cotta per i miei gusti. Nel complesso comunque non è possibile dare meno di 4 stelle in considerazione soprattutto della qualità dei prodotti Definitely a high-level restaurant with well-finished and tasty dishes. The only flaw in my case with the shrimp soba in which the preparation base was partly burnt, releasing a bitter aftertaste of the dish and soba a little too cooked for my taste. Overall, however, it is not possible to give less than 4 stars especially considering the quality of the products
