Preavviso telefonico con consegna su appuntamento NON RISPETTATO.
Mancata consegna su appuntamento, chiamando il giorno della consegna per rimandare a giorno da definirsi, causa : " non abbiamo un mezzo adeguato disponibile".
Rispetto del lavoro dei propri clienti : ZERO !
Dialogo inutile con i centralini telefonici, in quanto gli operatori risultano impotenti d'innanzi al sistema disordinato e inadempiente di cui fanno parte.
Ho atteso 1 mese e 6 giorni, uno dei 3 articoli spediti, dovendo poi organizzarmi con un altro corriere a ritirare il mio materiale in fermo deposito c/o la loro sede e consegnarlo a destinazione.
VERGOGNA !!!
Very bad experience. in 30 years of work I have never had so much discomfort.
Telephone notice with delivery by appointment NOT RESPECTED.
Failure to deliver by appointment, calling on the day of delivery to postpone to day to be defined, cause: "we do not have an adequate means available".
Respect for the work of its customers: ZERO!
Useless dialogue with telephone exchanges, as the operators are impotent before the disorderly and defaulting system to which they belong.
I waited 1 month and 6 days, one of the 3 items shipped, then having to organize myself with another courier to collect my material in custody at their headquarters and deliver it to destination.
SHAME !!!
