Nello yoga prenatale ho trovato un spazio in cui entrare in contatto con i cambiamenti che avvenivano nel mio corpo e nella mia mente, uno spazio dedicato per concentrarmi sull’esperienza che stavo vivendo ma anche di condivisione delle emozioni da cui si è attraversati in un momento così speciale. E’ stato uno strumento prezioso, soprattutto al momento del parto, che non avrei affrontato con la stessa serenità senza la fiducia incrollabile nel potere della respirazione che avevo sperimentato e senza la conoscenza del corpo e delle sue potenzialità che avevo acquisito nei mesi precedenti. E così è stato naturale proseguire la mia esperienza a Suryael anche dopo la gravidanza e per questo Suryael, con il suo ambiente accogliente e rilassante e con la competenza dei suoi insegnanti, è stato il primo posto a cui ho pensato appena ho saputo di aspettare il secondo bimbo! I met Elisa during my first pregnancy. Suryael was not physically there yet but the spirit was all there. In prenatal yoga I found a space in which to get in touch with the changes that took place in my body and in my mind, a dedicated space to focus on the experience I was living but also to share the emotions that one went through in a moment so special. It was a precious tool, especially at the time of childbirth, that I would not have faced with the same serenity without the unshakeable confidence in the power of breathing that I had experienced and without the knowledge of the body and its potential that I had acquired in the previous months. And so it was natural to continue my experience in Suryael even after pregnancy and for this Suryael, with its welcoming and relaxing environment and with the competence of its teachers, was the first place I thought of as soon as I knew I was waiting for the second child!

Elisa, Giorgia sono delle insegnanti preparate, oltre che delle belle anime, a cui sento di potermi affidare. La loro competenza va oltre lo yoga, possiedono conoscenze in campo medico per cui il lavoro diventa ampio e notevolmente più efficace. Grazie Suryael?❤ I am attending the 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teachers training and I am more than happy to have taken this path which is gradually bringing about positive changes in my life. Elisa, Giorgia are trained teachers, as well as beautiful souls, to whom I feel I can entrust myself. Their competence goes beyond yoga, they have knowledge in the medical field so the work becomes broad and considerably more effective. Thanks Suryael?❤

The teachers and fellow students made us feel welcome and right at home and helped to translate. The retreat itself was focused on the chakras and the yoga practice was built around our learning and discussion. Everything was pure perfection. I could not have asked for a better group of women, location, food, practice, or overall experience. Thank you so much for everything. Thank you for deepening my practice. Thank you.

They offer you mats and everything you need to practice, felt really welcome! I was a little sad that they don't have any weekend classes but the experience was great!
