★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché non c'è zero. Clienti con mascherina non indossate correttamente e i dipendenti non dicono niente. Per non parlare del distanziamento, alla cassa tutti accalcati.
I put a star because there is no zero. Customers with masks not worn correctly and employees say nothing. Not to mention the distance, all crowded at the checkout.

Fornitissimi mi trovo benissimo!
Lots of products always on offer, very kind staff, lots of quality things, I also follow their Facebook page, Sisa Gela Supermercati DP, not to miss even the offers of the day, they often put water for 1 euro, prices never seen by anyone part, ++++++! Well stocked I am fine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova al civico 1 di Piazza San Giacomo uno dei migliori punti vendita del Gruppo Di Pietro, sia per la sua localizzazione in centro storico, sia - soprattutto - per l’efficienza, la disponibilità e la cordialità di tutto il personale, in modo particolare il Responsabile e la sua diretta e giovane collaboratrice (quest’ultima titolare della cassa principale) costantemente attenti e sensibili alle richieste dei clienti, sempre con professionalità, tatto e discrezione. Gli spazi interni non sono molto ampi, soprattutto in larghezza dei corridoi tra i reparti, e ciò può creare qualche piccolo disagio nei giorni ed orari di punta. Accettati i buoni pasto sia cartacei che elettronici e, per chi ne faccia richiesta, c’è sempre la possibilità di far la spesa per telefono con consegna a domicilio.
One of the best stores of the Di Pietro Group is located at number 1 in Piazza San Giacomo, both for its location in the historic center and - above all - for the efficiency, availability and friendliness of all the staff the Manager and his direct and young collaborator (the latter owner of the main cash desk) constantly attentive and sensitive to customer requests, always with professionalism, tact and discretion. The interior spaces are not very large, especially in the width of the corridors between the departments, and this can create some minor inconvenience on peak days and times. Both paper and electronic meal vouchers are accepted and, for those who request them, there is always the possibility to shop by phone with home delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un supermercato fornitissimo, tutto quello che ti viene in mente c'è! In quello di Macchitella hanno anche tantissimi prodotti per celiaci e vegetariani. Mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Punti a favore sono anche per il personale! Hanno tanta voglia di aiutare le persone che cercano i prodotti, sono sempre tutti sorridenti, specialmente quelli che lavorano alle casse.
