★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamarlo supermercato mi sembra riduttivo poiché è davvero fornitissimo: di un prodotto puoi trovare fino a 10 marche differenti.
Personale gentile ed attento, il cliente è coccolato e non come in certi posti in cui le cassiere ti ignorano o ti urlano che sono occupate (rispetto anche per loro che sicuramente saranno oberate di lavoro, ma che colpa ne ho io se cerco un prodotto e non lo trovo?)
Ci voleva un posto così a Gravina; il quid sta nella pescheria, l'ultimo tassello che ti consente di entrare lì dentro e sapere che troverai TUTTO quello che può servirti.
Calling it a supermarket seems an understatement to me because it is really well stocked: you can find up to 10 different brands of a product.
Kind and attentive staff, the customer is pampered and not like in certain places where the cashiers ignore you or yell at you that they are busy (also respect for them who will surely be overworked, but what is my fault if I look for a product and I can not find it?)
We needed a place like this in Gravina; the quid is in the fish shop, the last piece that allows you to enter there and know that you will find EVERYTHING you may need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarebbe ancora meglio se le guardie giurate che ci sono non seguissero i ragazzi ogni 3 secondi. Non so mi sono sentito troppo osservato. Altro problema sono le casse automatiche, nel momento in cui devo scannerizzare lo scontrino per uscire non funziona mai, ahimè probabilmente per mia incompetenza, però un indicazione da parte delle commesse presenti non sarebbe male. Per il resto è un buon posto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai Più, pessima esperienza, oggi alle 16:40 circa mi reco alla cassa semi automatica con circa 40€ di spesa, la ragazza rossiccia alla doppia cassa dove una corsia era occupata e l'altra libera mi dice con insistenza di andare alle casse automatiche, le rispondo educatamente che non mi ci trovo, lei insiste dicendomi che ci sono le ragazze ad aiutarmi, le ribadisco che non mi ci trovo lo stesso perché già provate in precedenza (le casse automatiche si bloccano dopo un determinato numero di prodotti e c'è poco spazio sul banco adiacente per posizionare la merce, va bene per chi acquista pochi prodotti) la ragazza insiste e io pure, le dico che non posso andarci e mi dà fastidio la sua notevole insistenza mentre posiziono la merce sul nastro trasportatore prima che un'altra cliente furbamente passi avanti, nel frattempo arriva la guardia giurata che aveva ascoltato tutto che nel tentativo di "punirmi" per non aver ascoltato la ragazza, con un tono minaccioso e avvicinadosi troppo mi invita ad alzarmi la mascherina sul naso, gli dico che così si perdono i clienti ma lui insiste nel suo tentativo di punizione, pago la spesa e arrabbiatissimo dentro vado via, per fortuna mi sono controllato conoscendo il mio carattere.

Ps. Sono appena uscita dal superamento ma voglio reclamare un problema, che se andate anche con la mascherina abbassata nessuno lo nota quindi potete fare tranquillamente la spesa. La salumiere che ha servito la signora con la mascherina abbassata neanche la notato ? e quando ho riferito tutto ciò alla ragazza di stare attenta mi ha trattata male
