Friendly and helpful staff. What is missing is the lack of availability of hand sanitizer gel upon entry, and failure to join the Receipt Lottery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Supermercato??? Macchè un pozzo di sporcizia. Tetro, con dipendenti ( con le braccia conserte), poiché non c'erano clienti. Una sorta di arpia si sente all'improvviso gridare con una banconista:devi fare quello che dico io!!! Ripetuto all'infinito. Mai più. Non consigliato davvero.
Bad experience. Supermarket??? Not a pit of dirt. Dreary, with employees (with their arms folded), as there were no customers. A sort of harpy is suddenly heard shouting with a counter agent: you have to do what I say !!! Repeated indefinitely. Never again. Not recommended really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è altamente positiva sia per il sorriso delle cassiere, sempre gentili e professionali, sia per gli uomini dei banchi salumi e delle carni e anche la signora del banco pesce e quelli della frutta.
Ma il più preciso e attento e mai mai sgarbato è Giuseppe, lo scaffalista, un ragazzo ormai uomo che sembra uscito da un'altra epoca per la delicatezza infinita ed il sorriso buono che sempre.
Ci vado perché mia madre dice sempre di sentirsi a casa li, è non è poco!
My experience is highly positive both for the smile of the cashiers, always polite and professional, and for the men of the cured meats and meat counters and also the lady of the fish and fruit counter.
But the most precise and attentive and never ever rude is Giuseppe, the bookshelf, a boy now a man who seems to come from another era for the infinite delicacy and the good smile that always.
I go there because my mother always says she feels at home there, it's not cheap!
