Super supplied, courteous staff, always competitive prices, wide choice. The delicatessen counter and butcher's shop are always full of fresh products.

Li trovo senza l'involucro di plastica, venduti sciolti (in realtà c'è scritto non si possono vendere singolarmente i due pacchetti di cartone). Chiedo ad una dipendente e va chiedere ad una responsabile che borbotta, dopo averci guardato, se li vogliono sono arrivati così stavolta non è colpa nostra. Io li prendo lo stesso perché sigillati e perché mi servono. In cassa me li vogliono fare pagare 3.90, quanto due confezioni di formaggino mio, ma è una in realtà... Dopo aver provato a fare capire alla cassiera l'assurdità della cosa me ne sono andata lasciando tutto. Non credo si trattino così i clienti e non posso ancora pensare all'asdurdita' di ciò che mi volevano fare pagare... Courtesy is at home in this supermarket. I go in to buy my lactose-free cheese. I ask an employee and she goes to ask a manager who mumbles, after looking at us, if they want them they arrived like this this time it is not our fault. I take them anyway because they are sealed and because I need them. At the cashier they want to make me pay 3.90, as much as two packs of my cheese, but it is actually one ... After trying to make the cashier understand the absurdity of it, I left everything. I don't think customers are treated like this and I still can't think of the asdurdity of what they wanted me to pay ...

Il banco salumi e formaggi per me è il top. Well-stocked supermarket you will always find everything. Staff prepared and super kind, very attentive to customer needs. È evidente quindi che non si tratta di una distrazione, bensì di una prassi consolidata. Pertanto, non posso fare altro che esprimere un giudizio negativo, dal momento in cui non vi sono nemmeno elementi a favore tali da bilanciare un simile comportamento scorretto. Disponibilità e cortesia del personale meriterebbero inoltre un capitolo dedicato.
