La risposta: - aspetti un attimo che finisco (di servire il cliente), le spiego che è un bambino e non può aspettare devo sapere che fare , dopo 5 minuti!!! di riflessione e di non so( mi chiese anche se ho chiesto al proprietario che era impegnato in quel momento) ( e la mi ansia che il bimbo se la faccia addosso) mi risponde infastidita!! che non lo lascia in bagno che ci sono norme anti COVID. Premetto anche che ero con la carrozzina con la bimba piccola e il bimbo più grande di 3 anni già ero in difficoltà. Capisco le normative capisco tutto e non mi oppongo ma stiamo parlando di un bambino piccolo ( che infatti se l'ha fatta addosso appena uscito fuori) ma dove sta la vostra solidarietà e l'umanità? Ma Almenno me lo diceva subito. Grazie per l'esperienza.
