★ ★ ★ ★ ★ supermercato piccolo ma ben fornito nei pressi di piazza Lincoln. Buoni i reparti salumeria e pescheria. Discreto il reparto macelleria e quello ortofrutta (troppo piccolo). Personale cortese. Ore e sarebbe necessario un restyling. Ottime le offerte settimanali.
 small but well-stocked supermarket near Lincoln square. The delicatessen and fishmonger departments are good. The butchery and fruit and vegetable departments (too small) are fairly good. Courteous staff. Hours and a makeover would be needed. Excellent weekly offers.

Uno spaccio cittadino senza troppe pretese, ma con quanto basta per fare una buona spesa con prodotti buoni e freschi.
Small store of the CRAI chain, but with affordable prices and with a lot of choice.
A city shop without too many pretensions, but with just enough to do a good shopping with good and fresh products.

P.s Se i cani non possono entrare siete tenuti a informarlo con un cartello all'entrata, non a lamentarvi perché è entrato un cane
Questionable place, garbage at the entrance (their of course) almost non-existent staff and what little there is also questionable.
P.s If dogs cannot enter you are required to inform him with a sign at the entrance, not to complain because a dog has entered

Good well-stocked supermarket, prices in the standard, but from the offers they make you will find convenient products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only had terrible customer service at this store. The store is dark and doesn't feel clean. I usually like Crai, but this one I now avoid. It is only two blocks from me, but I will go out of my way to avoid this store. I walk to the Gourmet Deco. Which is about 1 km from me.
One time I brought my pulley cart with me. It was completely folded up. I was told I needed to leave it at the door. I have never been asked to leave it at the door by anyone in any other grocery store. I have seen other people bring their's in. Maybe because of my hair or skin color or my American accent. My cart is expensive made of carbon fiber and wheels built to pull upstairs. I didn't want to leave it at the door unattended. Also, getting veggies or fruit is antiquated. They have a man weighing them for you. So if their are many people you have to wait. If I wanted to wait I would go to a fruit and veg stand. I don't find the selection for fruits and vegetables to be very good. The gluten free section is incredibly small. Based on my experiences and the quality I have to be extremely desperate to go.
