★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei 10 stelle per la cortesia, attenzione e simpatia dello staff: pur con il locale pieno di gruppi numerosi, sempre attenti, gentili e pronti alla battuta! Grande attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari. Buona qualità e bagni puliti anche a fine serata. Ci sono stata in un contesto organizzato, per i gruppi è perfetto.
 If I could give 10 stars for the courtesy, attention and friendliness of the staff: even with the restaurant full of numerous groups, always attentive, kind and ready to serve! Great attention to food intolerances. Good quality and clean bathrooms even at the end of the evening. I was there in an organized context, for the groups it's perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scontento dopo che avevano esposto vicino alla cassa un sapone infasil da 2 e 50 con un prezzo indicato da 1 e 50.. l'ho preso ma solo dopo mi sono accorto della truffa. Alla fine per 1 euro non sono stato a protestare, ma c'è poca trasparenza sui prezzi! Non va bene.
Unhappy after having exposed an infasil soap of 2 and 50 near the cash desk with a price indicated by 1 and 50 .. I took it but only after I realized the scam. In the end for 1 euro I have not been to protest, but there is little transparency on prices! That's no good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il punto vendita si presenta ben organizzato e pulito. Non è fornitissimo (complice anche le dimensioni ridotte rispetto agli altri supermercati della zona) e manca il reparto macelleria (salvo le confezioni preimballate, non così invitanti).
Al contrario il reparto salumeria/formaggi è ricco di prodotti freschi e di qualità e il personale è gentile e professionale.
Tutte le volte in cui ho fatto la spesa da A&O non sono mai rimasto deluso.
The store is well organized and clean. It is not well stocked (also thanks to the small size compared to other supermarkets in the area) and there is no butchery department (except for the prepackaged packages, not so inviting).
On the contrary, the delicatessen / cheese department is full of fresh and quality products and the staff is kind and professional.
Every time I have shopped at A&O I have never been disappointed.
