C	Cosimo Puteo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, siamo clienti del supermercato DOK di Ostuni da parecchi anni, abitando nello stesso quartiere. Negli ultimi mersi c'è stato un cambio nella direzione che è stato foriero di tanti miglioramenti (pulizia carrelli, dislocazione merce sugli scaffali e sicuramente più ordine). I dipendenti sono molto bravi (ne abbiamo visiti tanti e li ricordiamo tutti come grandi ed educati lavoratori). Anche i ragazzi attuali sono tutti molto bravi, efficienti, preparati e pazienti (dal bancone pescheria, a quello salumi e formaggi, alla macelleria fino alle casse). UN UNICO APPUNTO: la persona che sta al reparto frutta ahimè è molto sgarbato, poco educato e di conseguenza poco professionale oltre ad una scarsa voglia di lavorare; questo suo atteggiamento oramai persiste da sempre. Quanto descritto purtoppo è condiviso anche con altri clienti con le quali avendo le stesse abitudini capita di relazionarsi in merito. Secondo pareri condivisi, dovrebbe essere sostituito con una persona simile a tutti gli altri dipendenti; niente di più. The employees are very good (we have visited many and we all remember them as great and polite workers). Even the current kids are all very good, efficient, prepared and patient (from the fish counter, to the cured meats and cheeses, from the butcher to the cash desks). ONE NOTE: the person who is in the fruit department alas is very rude, not very polite and consequently unprofessional as well as a lack of desire to work; this attitude of his has always persisted. Unfortunately, what has been described is also shared with other customers with whom, having the same habits, it happens to relate to it. Ottimo anche il banco pescheria, che nel tempo si sta migliorando offrendo anche cose nuove. Ottimo il reparto ortofrutticolo garantendo l'unicità e la freschezza dei prodotti di giornata. Si avverte però la mancanza del tocco femminile di Margherita che con la carne sapeva preparare tante squisite specialità. Honest prices.
