Cerca di mantenere il contatto con il territorio attingendo anche al campo del titolare e soprattutto cerca di non perdere la genuinità del prodotto perfino producendo ad esempio un prosciutto cotto dal nome che si ricollega al titolare. E molto familiare è anche l'accoglienza che offrono i bravissimi dipendenti.
