Consiglio vivamente il Pecorino Romano Dop targato Cibaria e il Prosciutto crudo di Bassiano (classico, affinato a legno, e Gran riserva 24 mesi) sia tagliato a macchina che a mano a seconda delle esigenze. Un altro prodotto interessante che ho avuto modo di assaggiare é il Guanciale di Maialino Nero di Cassino. E se avete qualche dubbio lasciatevi guidare dal veterano pizzicagnolo per la scelta di salumi e formaggi. The best food in Lavinio. Welcoming staff.
