★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modifico la recensione per aggiungere altri particolari dato che il proprietario mi ha risposto, oltretutto permettendosi di darmi del maleducato cosa che non mi era mai successa.
Sono stato in questo posto dove ho pagato 8 euro per due fette di prosciutto e un pacchetto di biscotti, a parer mio un prezzo elevato. Inoltre la venditrice mi ha apostrofato più volte in modo maleducato e rude per la mascherina, che siccome stavo parlando avevo tirato giù per pochi secondi. Ecco il perché della recensione a 1 stella: sconsiglio di recarsi in questo posto siccome la merce è costosa e mi sono sentito trattare con maleducazione.
Con il vostro commento di risposta, in cui mi accusate e mi insultate invece di cercare di capire su cosa avete sbagliato, avete semplicemente confermato questo ultimo punto. E' vero che molte mie recensioni hanno una stella, perché spesso commento proprio i posti in cui mi trovo male per informare le altre persone e consigliare di non recarvisi, inoltre ho un altro account che uso più di frequente.
Ah e un ultimo punto: vengo da una famiglia di negozianti e commercianti, ho lavorato con i clienti per anni e anche tuttora ci lavoro, quindi non si permetta di venire a dirmi che non conosco la difficoltà di questo lavoro. Non ho MAI trattato male un cliente nella mia vita anche quando se lo sarebbero meritato. Proprio per questo sono sensibile all'educazione.

I've been to this place where I paid 8 euros for two slices of ham and a packet of biscuits, which in my opinion is a high price. In addition, the seller has addressed me several times in a rude and rude way for the mask, which since I was talking I had pulled down for a few seconds. Here is the reason for the 1 star review: I do not recommend going to this place as the goods are expensive and I felt treated with rudeness.
With your response comment, in which you accuse and insult me instead of trying to understand what you did wrong, you have simply confirmed this last point. It is true that many of my reviews have a star, because I often comment on the places I find myself wrong to inform other people and advise not to go there, and I also have another account that I use more frequently.
Oh and one last point: I come from a family of shopkeepers and traders, I have worked with clients for years and I still work there too, so don't dare to tell me that I don't know the difficulty of this job. I have NEVER treated a customer badly in my life even when they deserved it. Precisely for this reason I am sensitive to education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polenta buonissima. Unica pecca da migliorare è che il personale che servono la polenta, le patatine e i polli dovrebbe avere la mascherina correttamente indossata e non tenuta sotto il mento!!
