Wood oven of excellent workmanship and quality for delicious roasts, especially in the deviled chicken variety. Very kind owner and attendant. Easy to access from the SS 106 south side. We recommend booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente il punto di riferimento per il pollo alla brace! Il pollo è cotto a vista ed è uno spettacolo per la vista e il palato. Viene cotto al punto giusto e rimane tenero. Bisogna prenotarlo qualche ora prima per essere sicuri di trovare una porzione. Ottime anche le patate al forno (anche quelle meglio se prenotate prima!). Al ritiro chiedete sempre l'aggiunta del salmoriglio, è quel tocco in più che rende il pollo ancora più gustoso.
Absolutely the benchmark for grilled chicken! The chicken is cooked on sight and is a sight for the eyes and the palate. It is cooked just right and remains tender. You have to book it a few hours in advance to be sure you get a portion. The baked potatoes are also excellent (even better ones if you book in advance!). When picking up always ask for the addition of salmoriglio, it is that extra touch that makes the chicken even tastier.
