★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi hanno voluto cambiare un cavo iPhone che aveva smesso di funzionare e che avevo comprato da loro 3 giorni prima. Quando hanno testato il cavo che gli avevo portato indietro ha funzionato al momento. Con me a casa non funzionava. Può darsi che se lo si metteva ad un angolo particolare funzionava ma a me sinceramente non andava di mettermi a giocare con il filo soprattutto se il prodotto è nuovo e dovrebbe sempre funzionare così gliel’ho lasciato e sono andato a comprare un nuovo cavo da un altra parte che mi funziona perfettamente quindi non era il mio telefono o la mia spina il problema. Se si voleva tenere il cliente me lo cambiava senza esitazione perché se il cavo funzionava non glielo avrei portato indietro.
 They didn't want me to change an iPhone cable that had stopped working and that I had bought from them 3 days ago. When they tested the cable I brought them back it worked right now. It didn't work with me at home. Maybe if you put it at a particular angle it worked but I honestly didn't want to play with the wire especially if the product is new and should always work so I left it for him and went to buy a new cable from a other part that works perfectly for me so it wasn't my phone or my plug that was the problem. If he wanted to keep the customer he would change it for me without hesitation because if the cable worked I would not have brought it back.
