Personale molto competente e discreto, prodotti sempre nuovi e dulcis in fundo per uno dalla memoria corta come me, prenotazione in agenda a distanza di svariato tempo con tanto di promemoria il giorno precedente ?
If I had to give a title to the review it would simply be "Courtesy and Professionalism";
Very competent and discreet staff, always new products and last but not least for someone with a short memory like me, booking on the agenda at a distance of various times with a lot of reminders the previous day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza! Ho fatto una SUPER pulizia del viso, sotto le mani di Michela. Un trattamento che richiede un Po di tempo ma davvero rinvigorente per il mio viso e rilassante per tutta la mente perché l ultima parte é stata dedicata al relax completo
Beautiful experience! I did a SUPER facial cleansing, under Michela's hands. A treatment that requires some time but really invigorating for my face and relaxing for the whole mind because the last part was dedicated to complete relaxation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire,ho fatto oggi una pulizia del viso che mi ha letteralmente rigenerata la pelle, Michela è davvero il top, gentilezza,cortesia e competenza a 360 gradi ma la cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo è che non ho trovato il solito ambiente con la puzza sotto al naso(cosa bruttissima a mio avviso).
Non posso dare più di 5 stelle,ma ne meriterebbe davvero il doppio!!!
What can I say, today I did a facial cleansing that literally regenerated my skin, Michela is really the top, kindness, courtesy and competence at 360 degrees but the thing that I really appreciated is that I didn't find the usual environment with the stench under the nose (very bad thing in my opinion).
I can't give more than 5 stars, but it really deserves double !!!
