E	Emanuel Trotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra ottima per quanto riguarda la varietà dei corsi ed il personale simpaticissimo, tuttavia metto solo 3 stelle poichè non vi è un wi-fi, cosa che solitamente vi è nelle altre palestre ed inoltre veramente poca gente usa l'asciugamano sugli attrezzi, senza ricevere ammonimenti dallo staff Great gym with regard to the variety of courses and very nice staff, however I put only 3 stars because there is no wi-fi, which is usually in other gyms and also very few people use the towel on the tools, without receiving warnings from the staff
A	Antonio I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento ormai questa palestra da un anno diciamo per caso, quando la.mia attuale COATCH mi.invito' per un corso di prova di functional da quel momento nn ho mollato Adele,Alfredo,Antonio che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere,sono solo una parte del personale qualificato e professionale oltre che cortese. Ti seguono e ti motivano.Ambiente ampio ma nn dispersivo. Personalmente trovo i corsi stupendi. Ho imparato molte cose e voglio continuare a farlo.Inoltre con il gruppo del mio corso ''quelli delle 14'00'' abbiamo stretto un buon rapporto e oltre a lavorare sodo ci divertiamo anche. La mia ora di ricreazione. Gli istruttori Alfredo Vicinanza, personal trainer di alta competenza tecnica, sempre a disposizione x qualsiasi consiglio su esercizi da eseguire. Adele Vicinanza una giovane istruttrice capace di tenere corsi di ginnastica sempre diversi e frizzanti. Infine i nostri due nuovi maestri di spinning, Agostino Benincasa e Antonio Petrone due grandi che con la loro simpatia, gentilezza ma sopratutto bravura tecnica, hanno fatto sì che il corso di spinning risorgesse più hit che mai. La stuttura è molto ampia, vasta varietà di attrezzature, inoltre è ben gestita soprattutto rispetto alle normative covid. Great gym, friendly helpful and professional staff. They make themselves available for every request, doubts and advice. The structure is very large, wide variety of equipment, moreover it is well managed especially with respect to covid regulations.
