L	Lucia Aghilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver prenotato tramite Booking, senza averci richiesto l'acconto e carta di credito, siamo andati presso la struttura e il proprietario ci ha riferito di aver fatto confusione con le prenotazioni, per cui la sistemazione richiesta non era disponibile. Siamo rimasti per strada, in pieno agosto, con un bimbo piccolo, e 10 ore di viaggio. Avrebbe potuto fare almeno una telefonata per avvisarci prima. La maleducazione del proprietario e l'arroganza nella sua accoglienza non meritano altre parole. Da pugliese, mi vergogno. Visitate la Puglia ma prenotate altrove. Spero questa critica sia costruttiva affinché aiuti a migliorare il servizio offerto. After booking through Booking, without asking for a deposit and credit card, we went to the property and the owner told us that he had confused with the reservations, so the requested accommodation was not available. We were on the road, in the middle of August, with a small child, and 10 hours of travel. He could have made at least one phone call to let us know first. The owner's rudeness and arrogance in his welcome deserve no other words. As an Apulian, I am ashamed. Visit Puglia but book elsewhere. I hope this criticism is constructive to help improve the service offered.
A	Andrea Rancati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato in questo posto ma al mio arrivo il proprietario ha fatto confusione con le prenotazioni e per rimediare ci voleva affittare una bettola distante tre km in un azienda agricola allo stesso prezzo. Non essendo allo stesso livello di comodità abbiamo cercato di contrattare il prezzo ma siamo stati sbattuti fuori con arroganza e maleducazione di domenica pomeriggio, senza alternative e con un bambino piccolo e dopo un lungo viaggio siamo stati costretti a tornare a casa. Evitate di prenotare in questo residence se non volete avere sorprese.... Not being at the same level of comfort we tried to negotiate the price but we were thrown out with arrogance and rudeness on Sunday afternoon, without alternatives and with a small child and after a long journey we were forced to go home. Il proprietario é maleducato e arrogante non é in grado di gestire nulla tantomeno di rapportarsi con il cliente. Da sconsigliare caldamente! Bad holiday facility, completely neglected and overgrown. E	Eleonora “Country girl” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena arrivati ci è stato dato un appartamento più grande, che bellezza ... è durato ben poco: il water era crepato e era fuoriuscito il wcnet sul pavimento, l'asse del water macchiata indelebilmente di wcnet blu, la rubinetteria completamente corrosa, il pavimento dell'appartamento non era molto pulito, prese di corrente non in buono stato, abatjour senza lampadine. L'ultimo giorno di permanenza il water si è intasato, gli ombrelloni in spiaggia sono stati spostati all'interno del campeggio x problemi con.la capitaneria, per finire la veranda dove si pranza è stata invasa dalle formiche che avevano un nido proprio sotto le piastrelle. Non c'è Wi-Fi e comunque la ricezione è pessima. Non abbiamo fatto intervenire il gestore in quanto abbiamo notato la sua trasandatezza. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene prima per la nostra sicurezza. Al nostro arrivo prima ci chiede il saldo e poi ci manda in un appartamento che non era quello prenotato da noi perché già occupato, non si preoccupa minimamente di scusarsi per il disagio al punto che siamo costretti ad andarcene. N	No Name on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nuova gestione di questa struttura ha portato una ventata di freschezza e modernità, siamo rimasti completamente sorpresi in positivo dal cambiamento del Residence. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, non solo per lo staff gentile e premuroso, ma anche per la pulizia degli ambienti, sia interni che esterni. L'appartamento era nuovissimo, con letti grandi e comodi, TV con ottima ricezione e spaziosa cucina. Posizione strategica del Residence, a 50 metri dal mare e a pochi minuti dal centro di Vieste. La terrò in fortemente considerazione per la prossima vacanza a Vieste! Grazie a tutti! A presto! ?
