I used to come to this beach every summer when I returned to Palermo for my summer holidays and I was quite satisfied with the services. This year, however, just booked, I found that they have increased the prices: an umbrella and two sunbeds 25 euros. I ask at the entrance for information on this increase and they reply that they have increased by ONLY 3-4 EUROS. Of course, I reply that, a day, 3-4 euros is a figure, but ... oh well. At the entrance, another novelty: you cannot enter food from the outside. We do not have any, but, in any case, it is not that we are in an exclusive club with a swimming pool in Forte dei Marmi, eh. We are always on the beach and in Isola delle females. They accompany us to our station and ... THE BEDS ARE ATTACHED TO EACH OTHER: in spite of the physical distance! I think they have changed something instead the bathrooms are always spartan and without toilet paper, the bar the same, the offer the same. We arrive at 12.30 and go to eat. I look at what's on the menu and we choose a panelle e crcche sandwich and a sandwich with tuna and tomatoes (more banal than that, in summer), but, at the cash desk, they tell me that the crunches are not there and neither is the sandwich with the tuna and that I have to see what's on the counter ready. I say to the girl: "at this point, take the menu off the wall" and she replies: "complain in the direction" letting all her interest in the customer and her entrepreneurial spirit leak out. I opt for a tabbouleh. I go to the counter and the gentleman in charge of serving me hands me the plate and, incredible visu, puts the plastic cutlery pack on the tabbouleh! Like this! Stick on it! So much for hygiene and the minimum rules of hospitality, education and common sense! Shocked, I go to my table and think: "now I turn to the owner and complain". Then, I say to myself: "but, what will he care about me and my complaints made in private?" So, here I am writing a public review, because you cannot accept a disrespectful behavior of the customer like this in the face, above all, of an increase in the unjustified rate and in the face of such a poor, superficial and sloppy service. It is never justifiable, let alone for 25 euros! Of course, I will never go back and, today, I am already in another cheaper and more welcoming, nice and better organized beach.
