Oltre questo l'ultima volta sono arrivata con 4 (loro dicevano 8..) minuti di ritardo e mi hanno mandata via in malo modo. E' vero che è scortesia arrivare tardi, assolutamente, ma essere cacciati con polemica, senza neanche chiedermi se volevo fissare un altro appuntamento è maleducazione pura, soprattutto quando 2 operatrici erano lì sedute a tirarsi le dita e chiaccherare!

Place that gives the feeling of dirt (I went there just because they gave me treatments).
Besides this the last time I arrived with 4 (they said 8 ..) minutes of delay and they sent me away in a bad way. It is true that it is unkind to arrive late, absolutely, but to be hunted with controversy, without even asking myself if I wanted to set another appointment, is pure rudeness, especially when 2 operators were there to pull their fingers and chat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che il servizio è ottimo, locali non all'ultimo grido ma sono curati e puliti. il parcheggio è scarso in compenso rarissimi del cento di Vignola.
I must say that the service is excellent, local not the latest but are well kept and clean. parking is scarce on the other hand, very rare in the Vignola center.
