★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto bello ieri ho comprato tre paia di occhiali davvero un bellissimo negozio con un ampia scelta di occhiali...quando passo per Rimini per me è obbligo andarci e vedere i nuovi modelli... peccato sia lontano da qui visto che abito provincia Modena....commessa simpatica e disponibile....
 Very nice shop yesterday I bought three pairs of glasses really a beautiful shop with a wide choice of glasses ... when I pass through Rimini it is a must for me to go there and see the new models ... too bad it's far from here since I live in the province of Modena .... nice and helpful saleswoman ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato per acquistare in un negozio vuoto. Avendo con me mia figlia piccola senza mascherina l'ho lasciata all'ingresso per non contravvenire alle disposizioni anti Covid. La bambina di 10 anni si è seduta sul gradino e la commessa l'ha scacciata come se fosse una zingara elemosinante, dichiarando che non è elegante. Ovviamente avete perso un cliente. Sono andato al negozio successivo. 0 stelle, cortesia e professionalità nulle. Occhiali di pessima qualità.
I went into an empty shop to shop. Having my little daughter with me without a mask, I left her at the entrance so as not to contravene the anti Covid provisions. The 10-year-old sat on the step and the saleswoman chased her away as if she were a begging gypsy, declaring that she is not elegant. You obviously lost a customer. I went to the next shop. 0 stars, zero courtesy and professionalism. Bad quality glasses.

Avrei preso 4 paia di occhiali se non fosse che dopo averli provati e riposti non in ordine di come li avevo trovati, la commessa in mezzo a tutti i clienti si mette a fare battute, a voce alta, poco gradevoli. Da persona civile ed educata ho lasciato gli occhiali in mano alla commessa e con un bel sorriso gli ho detto “complimenti lei si che sa fare il suo lavoro”.
Very badly educated saleswoman! I would have taken 4 pairs of glasses were it not that after having tried them on and put them away, not in order of how I found them, the saleswoman among all the customers starts making jokes, aloud, not very pleasant. As a civilized and polite person, I left the glasses in the hands of the saleswoman and with a nice smile I said "congratulations, you know how to do your job".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind eher zufällig an dem Laden vorbeigekommen und zum stöbern hinein.
Es gibt eine riiiiesige Auswahl an Sonnenbrillen zu reduzierten Preisen. Ich habe mich gleich verliebt und zwei gekauft. Der Laden ist sauber, gut sortiert und die Angestellte war sehr nett und kompetent :-)
We passed the shop by chance and had a look inside.
There is a huge range of sunglasses to choose from at reduced prices. I fell in love straight away and bought two. The shop is clean, well sorted and the employee was very nice and competent :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see many negative reviews, it seems this place does not offer a consistently good quality service, so I think the management should reflect on that. Our experience was pretty good, my wife bought a nice pair of sunglasses that were on offer at a very low price.
The place was packed as they offered a wide range of sunglasses on discount and it was high season but we didn't encounter any arrogant or impolite behaviour.
4 stars, recommended!
