★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahrräder für einen fairen Preis. Nur hätte ein wenig Beratung nicht schaden können. Wenn man sich ein E-bike und ein Rennrad ausleihen möchte. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn man uns gesagt hätte, dass das keine gute Idee ist weil das Rennrad doch um einiges schneller ist und das E-bike nur ausbremst ab 26 km/h..
 Bicycles for a fair price. Only a little advice could not have hurt. If you want to rent an e-bike and a road bike. Would have been great if we had been told that this is not a good idea because the road bike is a lot faster and the e-bike only slows down from 26 km / h ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bikes waren gut, allerdings konnte der Mitarbeiter keine Fragen zur Akkuleistung der E-Bikes und der Berechnung der verbleibenden Strecke beantworten. Das ist aber gerade auf einer Tour mit vielen Anstiegen wichtig! Einem aus unserer Gruppe ist der Akku leer geworden. Der Tretwiderstand ist dann ziemlich heftig bei den Bosch Bikes.
The bikes were good, but the employee couldn't answer any questions about the battery power of the e-bikes or the calculation of the remaining distance. But this is especially important on a tour with many climbs! One of our group ran out of battery. The pedal resistance is then quite heavy on Bosch bikes.

No problem with our e bikes .... just a note for the staff, not very courteous and almost annoyed by our presence ... if there had been the possibility to rent it elsewhere I would have left

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viele verschiedenebund interessante Bikes - aber der Service: Katastrophe! Der Mitarbeiter hatte heute wohl keine Lust. Während des Gesprächs weiter in sein Handy getippt, auf Anfragen zu den verschiedenen Bikes und Empfehlungen erhielten wir kurze, genervte und inhaltlich nicht zielführende Antworten. Wir sind nach paar Minuten ohne Rad gegangen - sowas unfreundliches habe ich selten erlebt.
Lots of different and interesting bikes - but the service: disaster! The employee probably didn't feel like it today. During the conversation, we continued to type on his cell phone, to inquiries about the various bikes and recommendations, we received short, annoyed and content-wise non-targeted answers. After a few minutes we went without our bikes - I've rarely seen anything unfriendly.

Eine Stunde den Verleih gesucht aufgrund falscher Angabe auf der Website.Selbst bei tel.Nachfrage unschlüssig. Basis Bikes okay, jedoch Reifenpanne auf halber Strecke. 3km Fußweg zum nächsten Bahnhof. Ärgerlicher Zwischenfall der bei besserem Reifenstandard hätte vermieden werden können.
Ein verlorener Urlaubstag und ein bleibender Eindruck

Searched for the rental for an hour due to incorrect information on the website. Basic bikes okay, but flat tire halfway. 3km walk to the nearest train station. Annoying incident that could have been avoided with better tire standards.
A lost day of vacation and a lasting impression
