Codice di tracking ricevuto ieri ma attivo dopo 24h e comunque prodotto non ancora spedito. Senza parole Unfortunately they gave a product that was not available. Aggiornamento: Hanno risposto al mio reclamo e hanno spedito l ordine dopo 13 gg ,ed é finalmente arrivato . Mi spiace , se solo mi avessero avvisata che ci sarebbe stato un ritardo mi sarei organizzata , gli articoli che avevo ordinato mi servivano e non vederli arrivare per me é stato un problema . Il servizio clienti non è stato efficientissimo, mi hanno risposto solo dopo molti solleciti e una recensione negativa. La spedizione non è avvenuta entro 72 ore lavorative come indicato sul sito e non mi sono state fornite informazioni né sul sito né via mail sullo stato del mio ordine fino a quando non ho sollecitato con insistenza via mail, telefono, whatsapp, pagine Facebook. Per questo motivo non metto 5 stelle. I update my review. After exactly one week from the order, the drugs ordered, complete with deductible receipt, were delivered to me by the courier. Customer service wasn't super efficient, they only got back to me after many reminders and a bad review. The shipment did not take place within 72 working hours as indicated on the site and I was not provided with information either on the site or via email on the status of my order until I persistently requested via email, phone, whatsapp, Facebook pages. For this reason I don't put 5 stars.
