I don't like writing reviews, especially negative ones. This time I must, however, it seems only right, after all "my opinion is important", as they immediately wanted to specify in the first email they sent me. Well, my opinion is that I felt cheated. At Christmas I buy a course for 2 with Groupon. In April I phone and, after having discussed with the operator Barbara, I book on June 19th and 20th, opting for the weekend formula: theory and practice in order to make up for the time lost due to the various winter closures. At the end of the phone call I would like to send an email summarizing the booking and a few minutes later Barbara replied, confirming with a "Perfect, thank you". Everything is silent until a few days before the fateful weekend, on June 12 I send an email to Barbara, no answer. On the 16th I call, Barbara passes me by and she says "I was thinking of you, I would have called you in days" (when, what was the reservation 3 days later?). I ask her for the details to attend the course and she tells me that it is absolutely not possible to practice without theory. But how??? And the weekend formula I had chosen? And then what was he waiting to warn me ??? It does not come to the head, it speaks to me of misunderstandings ... I send you the details of the coupon via email which provide for the possibility of doing theory and practice together (which I am attaching in the photo) but you do not answer me. On June 27th he proposes me to do the theory in videoconference mode, he says that if we want we can watch the recorded videolessons if we have difficulty with timetables. On the 29th I answer her by thanking them and saying that yes, it would make it easier for us, we would have looked at them willingly. I also indicate the weekend of 17 and 18 July as a possible date to practice. What can I say ... since then I have never heard from her again. I won't add anything else, I don't think I'll ever go to this course. Sin...
