★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delusione totale, personale già irritato dopo pochi minuti dall'apertura dello studio, scortese anche con gli anziani.
Mammografia con una dottoressa ( credo) da premio Oscar per simpatia e modi e ciliegina sulla torta, ecografia al seno da tempo record eseguita dal dottore che parlava al telefono per tutta la durata dell'eco. Grande professionalità.
Il tutto mi ha notevolmente irritata ma soprattutto stupita...poi mi è sorto un dubbio...non sarà stato perché l l'ho fatto con lo 048 in regime di esenzione?
Mah....
 Total disappointment, staff already irritated after a few minutes of opening the studio, rude even with the elderly.
Mammography with an Oscar-winning (I think) doctor for sympathy and manners and icing on the cake, record-breaking breast ultrasound performed by the doctor who talked on the phone for the duration of the echo. Great professionalism.
All this greatly irritated me but above all surprised me ... then a doubt arose ... it was not because I did it with the 048 exempt?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una risonanza magnetica alle ore 15.30 , ci hanno fatto aspettare un ora e mezza e alle 17:00 abbiamo fatto la visita dopo un accesa discussione in quanto avevano fatto passare davanti a noi una persona che aveva l'appuntamento dopo di noi.Ora dico , ho pagato 252 euro e se mi sono recato li e' perche' credo che si debbano rispettare gli orari e ci si aspetta che sia meglio di una struttura pubblica . sono totalmente deluso per il trattamento ricevuto (se pago 252 euro almeno rispetta gli orari) e amareggiato per aver fatto passare davanti a noi e davanti ai nostri occhi increduli una persona che aveva appuntamento dopo di noi.La struttura la sconsiglio per la mancanza di organizzazione e di professionalita'. Ah dimenticavo : intanto che aspettavamo è uscito un dottore sulla 60ina d'anni volendo giustificare il ritardo e il fatto che hanno fatto passare una persona davanti a noi.Imbarazzante mi vergogno io per loro.Mai piu'ando'
I booked an MRI at 3.30 pm, they made us wait an hour and a half and at 5.00 pm we made the visit after a heated discussion as they had made a person pass in front of us who had the appointment after us. I say, I paid 252 euros and if I went there it is because I believe that timetables must be respected and it is expected that it is better than a public structure. I am totally disappointed for the treatment received (if I pay 252 euros at least respect the timetables) and embittered for having made pass in front of us and in front of our incredulous eyes a person who had an appointment after us. I do not recommend it due to the lack of organization and professionalism. Oh I forgot: while we were waiting, a doctor in his 60s came out wanting to justify the delay and the fact that they let a person pass in front of us. Embarrassing I'm ashamed for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho eseguito una risonanza magnetica all' encefalo presso questo centro. Nulla da eccepire. Macchinario nuovo, confortevole per me che soffro di claustrofobia e tempi di esecuzione dell'esame brevissimi. Il referto mi è stato consegnato dopo poco e per me è stato un gran bene. Complimenti!
Today I performed an MRI of the brain at this center. Nothing to complain. New machine, comfortable for me who suffer from claustrophobia and very short test execution times. The report was delivered to me shortly after and for me it was a great good. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto!! Puntualità, pulizia, professionalità, disponibilità, gentilezza. Vorrei suggerire solo qualche modifica nell'invio del referto on line. La schermata che si apre non è chiara e non permette di leggere il risultato. Infatti viengono richiesti nome del paziente e password al posto di codice fiscale e numero di cellulare ( procedura che mi è stata indicata successivamentete tefonicamente) che è il passaggio indispensabile per procedere poi con il codice di accesso.
All perfect!! Punctuality, cleanliness, professionalism, availability, kindness. I would like to suggest just a few changes in sending the report online. The screen that opens is not clear and does not allow you to read the result. In fact, the patient's name and password are requested in place of the tax code and mobile phone number (procedure that was subsequently indicated to me by telephone) which is the essential step to then proceed with the access code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sembra ottima l'organizzazione di prevenzione anticovid. Effettuata Rmn rachide con appuntamento a breve termine, anche se a pagamento. Referto attuale molto puntuale e dettagliato, ma non è stata fatta alcuna comparazione con i referti precedenti, portati in visione. Sala d'attesa per gli accompagnatori, necessari in limitazioni di salute, con pochi posti riscaldati. Nessuna coda, nessun assembramento, facilitazioni per i clienti.
Gentilezza, competenza e professionalità.
The anticovid prevention organization seems excellent. Rmn rachis performed with short-term appointment, even if for a fee. Current report very timely and detailed, but no comparison was made with previous reports, brought for inspection. Waiting room for accompanying persons, necessary in case of health restrictions, with few heated seats. No queues, no crowds, customer facilities.
