It makes very good trousers, well-seasoned on Fridays, it's a pleasure to buy and enjoy its gastronomy. Tra i prodotti più buoni, il pane di casa, la focaccia, la girella ma, soprattutto, i meravigliosi bersaglieri (totò). Su questi ultimi spendo qualche parola in più: sono di gran lunga i migliori di Caltagirone, nessun altro regge minimamente il confronto, eppure vengono offerti in una finestra temporale annuale piuttosto limitata, il periodo di novembre-dicembre, con un sostanziale rallentamento progressivo della produzione. È un grosso peccato, in quanto vanno davvero a ruba, e li mangerei tutto l'anno. There is no doubt in saying that Studioso is the best bakery in Caltagirone. Among the best products, house bread, focaccia, girella but, above all, the wonderful Bersaglieri (totò). On the latter I spend a few more words: they are by far the best in Caltagirone, no one else can hold up the comparison, yet they are offered in a rather limited annual time window, the period of November-December, with a substantial progressive slowdown in production. . It's a big shame, as they are so hot, and I would eat them all year round.
