★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possiedo un 'Ara Ararauna e visto alcuni pareri positivi decido di farla visitare dal Dottor Palestra.
Ho telefonato allo studio almeno una dozzina di volte al giorno per cinque giorni prima di riuscire a contattarlo, nel messaggio in segreteria c'è un numero di cellulare, ho anche mandato un messaggio sul cellulare senza avere risposta, finalmente dopo circa sei giorni riesco a parlare al telefono col dottore e fissiamo una visita.
Facciamo due tamponi orali, oltretutto chiede a me di portarli al centro di analisi, con la scusa di avere risultati in tempi più brevi, ricevo la promessa di essere contattato entro venerdì per sapere delle analisi.
Ovviamente non ricevo risposta né di venerdì né lunedì successivo chiamo io il martedì e fortunatamente riesco a parlare con il dottore che mi dice che ovviamente non aveva ancora ricevuto le analisi, poi il giorno dopo ricevo un'e-mail con una ricetta e una posologia, neanche il minimo cenno su una diagnosi, sui risultati dei tamponi, non un commento, nulla, quindi dovrei dare un antibiotico al mio pappagallo ma senza neanche sapere lontanamente cos'ha.
Ora sono altri quattro giorni che provo a chiamarlo 10 volte al giorno e di nuovo non risponde nessuno.

I own a Ara Ararauna and seen some positive opinions I decide to have it examined by Doctor Palestra.
I phoned the studio at least a dozen times a day for five days before being able to contact him, in the message on the answering machine there is a mobile number, I also sent a message on the mobile phone without having an answer, finally after about six days I can talk to the doctor on the phone and arrange a visit.
We do two oral swabs, plus he asks me to take them to the analysis center, with the excuse of having results in a shorter time, I get the promise to be contacted by Friday to find out about the analyzes.
Obviously I do not receive an answer either on Friday or the following Monday I call on Tuesday and fortunately I can speak to the doctor who tells me that obviously he had not yet received the tests, then the next day I receive an e-mail with a prescription and a dosage , not even the slightest hint about a diagnosis, about the results of the swabs, not a comment, nothing, so I should give my parrot an antibiotic but without even knowing remotely what it has.
Now I have been trying to call him 10 times a day for another four days and again no one answers.
I am thrilled
