★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre è andata , su loro convocazione, a ritirare il modulo per il pagamento della Tasi.
Visto che la cifra da loro fornita era superiore allo stesso documento fornito dal comune , l'impiegato presente , dopo aver cercato sul computer non è riuscito a giustificare la differenza.
Alla richiesta di avere il documento dal commercialista, l'impiegato ha prima sgarbatamente commentato così :"tanto lei non ci capisce niente!".
Dopo aver nuovamente richiesto il suddetto documento , l'impiegato l'ha preso e l'ha strappato in 2 , buttandolo nel cestino.
Se questo è il modo di trattare i clienti , probabilmente non dureranno a lungo.
