★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un condominio orizzontale degli anni 70, con 12 proprietari , in condizioni pessime all'esterno ed isolamento termico inesistente.
Quello che ci serviva era (in ordine di priorità): -capacità di gestire le persone ( proprietari e relative famiglie) . -competenza tecnica
per i calcoli termici ed i contratti di fornitura. -sensibilità estetica per
adattare colori e finiture agli anni 2000.
Risultato ottimo. Bravo Paolo, bravo Massimiliano!!
A horizontal building of the 70s, with 12 owners, in very bad conditions outside and non-existent thermal insulation.
What we needed was (in order of priority): -ability to manage people (owners and their families). - technical competence
for thermal calculations and supply contracts. - aesthetic sensitivity for
adapt colors and finishes to the 2000s.
Excellent result. Bravo Paolo, good Massimiliano !!

Sono stati sempre disponibili e pronti a consigliarci per il meglio e soprattutto sono stati pazienti nell'assecondare le nostre richieste a volte non sempre facili e a sopportare tutte le mie innumerevoli domande. Sicuramente consigliatissimi.
P. S. Ci hanno seguito anche nei lavori di manutenzione straordinaria del condomino e abbiamo ottenuto un ottimo risultato sia a livello energetico che estetico.
I would like to thank Massimiliano and Paolo for the excellent work done in our apartment. They have always been available and ready to advise us for the best and above all they have been patient in accommodating our requests that are sometimes not always easy and to bear all my countless questions. Definitely highly recommended.
P. S. They also followed us in the extraordinary maintenance work of the condominium and we obtained an excellent result both in terms of energy and aesthetics.
