Ha elaborato un progetto per una scala interna che non era realizzabile per carenze strutturali nel tetto dell'edificio, che si erano intuite fin dall'inizio e consigliandomi invece di proseguire con l'abbattimento dei soffitti. Non se ne è fatto niente, ma ho dovuto pagare comunque tutta la progettazione, l'apertura e la chiusura della pratica con costi aggiuntivi rispetto a quelli preventivati inizialmente (oltre al lavoro inutilmente fatto dall'impresa edile). Scarsa professionalità. Sconsigliato.
 I have spent money in vain with this technician. He drew up a project for an internal staircase that was not feasible due to structural deficiencies in the roof of the building, which had been understood from the beginning and advised me instead to continue with the demolition of the ceilings. Nothing was done with it, but I still had to pay all the planning, opening and closing of the practice with additional costs compared to those initially budgeted (in addition to the unnecessary work done by the construction company). Lack of professionalism. Not recommended.
