★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'attuale gestione condominiale dello studio Sbolgi ha certamente avuto tanti problemi da risolvere, fra i quali il rifacimento del tetto, che è riuscito a portare avanti. Certo come in tutti i passaggi di gestione ci sono stati alcuni problemi di comprensione - comunicazione. Sicuramente miglioreranno. Questo è il motivo per il quale ho espresso, per adesso, una valutazione intermedia .
