Aggiornamento:
Dopo richiesta di una pulizia speciale e necessaria al condominio dopo anni di accumulo, è incredibile di come l'esecuzione superficiale di una terzerizzata abbia provocato danni materiali e potenziali futuri malanni ad alcuni condomini, senza supervisione dello Studio Tecnico.
Ribassata pertanto la valutazione da ottimo a ben meno.

Update:
After requesting a special and necessary cleaning to the condominium after years of accumulation, it is incredible how the superficial execution of a tertiary system has caused material damage and potential future ailments to some condominiums, without the supervision of the Technical Study.
Therefore lowered the evaluation from excellent to much less.
