Promesse di tempistiche mai rispettate,ignora le procedure e ha il disinteresse completo nell'informare sullo stato della pratica. Mi consola solo che non sono l'unico a lamentarmi. Chiedete a chi di zona ha provato a farsi seguire da lui.
