★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato casa l anno scorso essendo prima uno studio l architetto ha cambiato lo stato da uso commerciale ad abitativo senza fare nessuna perizia,mi sono trovata ad avere sulle piantine catastali una clare del box in meno e finestre che non esistevano,chiamandolo per delucidazioni mi ha spiegato che non serve fare perizie negli immobili e se erano da sistemare avrei dovuto pagarlo per sistemare le stesse piantine che lui aveva sbagliato...
