★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla mia richiesta di formalizzare un acquisto immobiliare con preliminare mi venne detto che non serviva poiché il venditore era in parola per la vendita definitiva con me, per poi tirarmi pacco all'ultimo per offerta maggior da altro acquirente. Bastava dirlo prima che c'era un altro acquirente e che il preliminare non serviva proprio per questo.... delusione totale!
To my request to formalize a real estate purchase with preliminary I was told that it was not needed since the seller was in the word for the definitive sale with me, and then I pulled the last package for a larger offer from another buyer. It was enough to say before that there was another buyer and that the preliminary was not needed for this .... total disappointment!

Tra i vari agenti immobiliari della zona con cui ci siamo interfacciati, Silvia è stata tra le più trasparenti. Abbiamo concluso l'acquisto con lei e ci siamo trovati bene anche con il notaio da lei suggerito. Assolutamente consigliata!
