g	giovanni arato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ad oggi già si fa fatica a vende casa poi c'e l'agenzia che con molta calma ti fissa gli appuntamenti , è se te lo fissa 15 minuti prima ti chiama dicendo che non è più possibile vedere l'appartamento perché abbiamo una proposta . Titolare poco professionale sicuramente lo farà da anni questo lavoro ma io resto della mia idea che non è capace x fortuna che c'e di meglio in zona . L	Luca Quaroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono alle mail e non forniscono la documentazione necessaria per poter valutare al meglio l'immobile; dopo 3 visite nel giro di una settimana (una delle quali per rilevare le misure personalmente perchè loro sprovvisti di metro e di piantina con quote) e l'ennesima chiamata per voler fare una proposta, ti dicono che l'immobile è stato venduto senza nemmeno avvisarti preventivamente. Pessima esperienza. Risposta al Sig. Trezzi Andrea: Non discuto che gli altri possano far offerte ma la sua professionalità e le sue tempistiche. Perché se per ogni mail inviatale non avessi dovuto chiamarla per ricordarle di leggerle (visto che fa parte del suo lavoro) avrei anticipato i tempi delle visite nonché la proposta dell’immobile e ad oggi non sarei “deluso” (come dice lei). Così facendo fa perdere tempo alle persone che si ritagliano spazio che sarebbe stato meglio dedicare ad altro. Saluti. Bad experience. Reply to Mr. Trezzi Andrea: I do not dispute that others can bid but his professionalism and his timing. Because if I hadn't had to call her for every email sent to her to remind her to read them (since it is part of her job) I would have anticipated the times of the visits as well as the proposed property and today I would not be "disappointed" (as you say). Dopo 15 giorni, dato che non ero più stata contattata, mi sono recata in agenzia a chiedere notizie. La risposra dell'impiegata è stata che mi avrebbe richiamata. Dopo un mese e mezzo sto ancora aspettando. Professionalità sotto lo zero. Agenzia assolutamente SCONSIGLIATA. I went to this agency to buy an apartment for which I made a purchase proposal. After 15 days, since I had not been contacted anymore, I went to the agency to ask for news. The reply from the employee was that she would call me back. After a month and a half I am still waiting. Professionalism below zero. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED agency.
