Parlo per l'esperienza di mio padre, seguito da lui nei 5 anni che ha avuto Partita IVA con regime dei minimi.
Nonostante il contesto abbastanza semplice (un professore in pensione che fa ripetizioni pomeridiane, con fatturati molto al di sotto della soglia), abbiamo ricevuto regolarmente avvisi bonari di errori nella dichiarazione dei redditi, l'ultimo di questi diventato oggi una cartella esattoriale con 250€ di sanzione.
Per non parlare dei crediti non recuperati, i contributi aggiunti non riportati nella pensione e le telefonate per chiarimenti non risposte: purtroppo ho scoperto tutto questo troppo tardi, quando ho dovuto prendere in mano la situazione per forza, confrontandomi anche con l'Agenzia delle Entrate.
Se sotto il profilo personale non ti aspetti un comportamento così superficiale da una persona conosciuta dai tempi di scuola, la ritengo una mancanza grave dal punto di vista professionale per un professionista che vanta 40 anni di esperienza.

I speak for the experience of my father, followed by him in the 5 years that he had a VAT number with the minimum regime.
Despite the fairly simple context (a retired professor doing afternoon rehearsals, with turnovers far below the threshold), we regularly received good-natured notices of errors in the tax return, the last of which has now become a tax bill with € 250. of sanction.
Not to mention the unrecovered credits, the added contributions not carried over into the pension and the phone calls for unanswered clarifications: unfortunately I discovered all this too late, when I had to take the situation in hand by force, also comparing myself with the Revenue Agency .
If from a personal point of view you do not expect such superficial behavior from a person known since school, I consider it a serious lack from a professional point of view for a professional with 40 years of experience.
