La segreteria fa orari ridotti e l'Amministratore difficilmente risponde alle mie chiamate dirette. Per me il contatto è sempre stato molto difficile, così come la risoluzione dei problemi (parliamo di mesi, a volte di anni..), ma ho notato che altri condomini hanno canali preferenziali. Forse perché sono più simpatici..o hanno più millesimi.. Nel nostro caso abbiamo riscontrato varie INADEMPIENZE.

The secretariat has reduced hours and the Administrator hardly answers my direct calls. For me, contact has always been very difficult, as well as solving problems (we are talking about months, sometimes years ..), but I have noticed that other condominiums have preferential channels. Perhaps because they are more sympathetic .. or have more thousandths .. In our case we have found various NON-COMPLIANCE.
