Considerazione pari a zero e la signora che stava all’accettazione sembrava quasi fosse scocciata.
Il risultato?
Sono andata via.Ho chiamato in un altro studio radiologico dove mi hanno risposto subito, mi hanno ricevuta dopo un’ora e sono stati gentili e cordiali.
Having an urgent need to do a dental overview, I went personally (since no one answered the phone) to this office where the reception was not the best.
Consideration equal to zero and the lady who was at the reception seemed almost annoyed.
The result?
I left. I called to another radiology office where they answered me immediately, they received me after an hour and they were kind and cordial.
